For this reason, we have established the following cancellation and refund policies to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.
Placing a Cancellation Request:
To request a cancellation or refund, please email info@10xuae.ae with the following details:

Once we receive your request, it will be forwarded to our management team for review. Refund decisions will be made based on the nature of the request, and the amount refunded (if applicable) will be determined accordingly.
Valid Cancellation Criteria

Advance Notice Requirement

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) are non-refundable as our resources are already allocated to your service.

Saturday Appointments

For cancellations of appointments scheduled on a Saturday, the request must be submitted by the close of business on the preceding Thursday.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointments without any charge by providing at least 12 hours' notice during working days. Rescheduling can be done via our website or by contacting our customer support team.

Service Incident Reporting

Any incidents, damages, or concerns must be reported within 12 hours of service completion. Failure to do so will void any claim for compensation or rectification.

On-the-Spot Cancellations

For cancellations made at the time of service, the full-service amount will be charged.

Refund Policy:

Prepaid Services

Refunds for prepaid services will be processed back to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Postpaid Services

Refunds are not applicable for postpaid services once the service has been rendered.

Partial Refunds

If an order is cancelled after it has been placed but before service delivery, 10x Technical Services LLC reserves the right to deduct costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, along with a proportional service charge. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Client Responsibilities:

Safekeeping of Valuables

Clients are responsible for securing cash, jewellery, and other valuables during service appointments. 10x Technical Services LLC implements strict policies against theft and dishonesty, but we do not accept liability for such items.

Incident Reporting

Any concerns regarding service quality, damages, or other issues must be reported within 12 hours of completion.
