Subcontracting:
Some of our services may be subcontracted to our trusted and certified partners. 10x Technical Services ensures that subcontracted partners adhere to our quality standards and policies. However, 10x Technical Services is not directly liable for any damages or delays caused by subcontractors unless due to our negligence.
Payments and Transactions:

Payments must be made in AED and can be processed via cash, bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), or any pre-agreed mode in writing.

A 50% advance payment is required for Electrical, EV Charger, and HVAC services before work begins.

Customers are advised to retain transaction records for reference.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.

Late cancellations will incur a fee of 10% of the service cost or AED 100, whichever is higher.

On-the-spot cancellations or no-shows will result in a call-out fee of AED 200.

Damages caused by pre-existing conditions or failure to follow recommendations.

Service delays caused by external factors like weather or regulatory approvals.

Clients must ensure safe and unrestricted access to the property for our technicians. Delays caused by access issues may incur additional charges.

10x Technical Services is not liable for loss or damage to valuables left unsecured at the service site.

Any concerns or damages must be reported within 12 hours of service completion.
